These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you ("the Customer") and Möbler Flat Pack Builders ("we", "our", "us") when you use our services. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

​

We provide flat pack furniture assembly and related services as agreed at the time of booking.

 

2. Bookings

​

• All bookings must be confirmed by us before work is scheduled.

• Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry. If the scope of work changes, additional charges may apply.

 

3. Payments

​

• Payment is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

4. Cancellation Policy

​

• If you need to cancel a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

​

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a £25 cancellation fee.

​

5. Refunds & Warranty

​

• Once a job is completed, no refunds will be offered.

​

• However, we provide a 6-month warranty on all workmanship.

​

• If any issues arise as a direct result of poor workmanship within this period, we will return to rectify the problem at no additional cost.

​

• This warranty does not cover:​

  • Faults with the furniture itself (e.g. missing parts, manufacturing defects)

  • Normal wear and tear

​

• Misuse, accidental damage, or alterations made after the job

​

6. Liability

​

• We take reasonable care when carrying out work.

​

• We are not liable for:​

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

• Pre-existing damage to your property or furniture

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

​

• The Customer must ensure:

  • Clear access to the work area

  • Furniture, fixtures, and fittings are ready for assembly (all parts and instructions supplied)

  • Pets and children are kept clear of the workspace for safety

​

8. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
